Grand Opening of Hoosier Real Estate Group
Grand Opening of Hoosier Real Estate Group
Residents will soon see red and white real estate signs popping up in the area from a new real estate group with a passion for this community.
Local real estate broker and appraiser Joel Buzzard has connected a team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable area real estate agents to form Hoosier Real Estate Group. The group has big plans to upset the status quo in real estate with a refreshing, customer-centric, community-first approach for the Huntington-based company.
“I am starting Hoosier Real Estate Group with the intention of being the best real estate company in Huntington County, by providing unmatched service and value to our clients. In my opinion, real estate should never be about production, sales volume, days on the market, or rankings. Success in real estate should be solely defined by your ability to promote your clients’ interests in an ethical manner,” says Joel.
About Joel Buzzard
Joel comes from a family tradition of real estate. He learned the ropes from his grandfather Robert (Bob) Troyer of Bob Troyer Realty, who recently retired after more than 50 years in real estate. The Bob Troyer Realty company in Huntington has helped countless area residents buy and sell their homes.
After graduating from IU’s Kelley School of Business, Joel started his career as a realtor in 2003 and began working with his grandparents at Bob Troyer Realty in 2006. Over the years his experience has grown to include certifications as a full time real estate instructor and appraiser. Now he is eager to take this new role as owner of a real estate group, alongside his wife, Ashlie.
Three local brokers are also joining Joel at Hoosier Real Estate Group: Erin Toll, Pat Randolph, and Molly Rainbow-Kesler.
About Erin Toll
Erin Toll has been a teacher for 15 years, and is pursuing her passion in real estate. She is a lifelong learner and digs deep into real estate for her clients. A lifetime resident of Huntington County, in her free time Erin enjoys home improvement projects with her husband on their small farm where they raise beef cattle and horses. “Seeing the potential in all properties and having a vision for what’s possible helps me connect my clients with their dream home,” says Erin.
About Pat Randolph
Pat Randolph began working in real estate 6 years ago, after over 40 years helping people navigate major purchases in automotive and home-building industries. Huntington has been home for him and his wife, Vicki, for 20 years, and he loves spending time with his family. Pat truly enjoys building client relationships, and is very excited about being a broker at Hoosier Real Estate Group. He says, “I love the joy I see in clients buying a home, and the success of helping sellers accomplish their goals.”
About Molly Rainbow-Kesler
Real estate has always been a part of Molly Rainbow-Kesler’s life, and a hobby of hers for over 20 years. After a career in Christian higher education, Molly is pursuing her love of real estate professionally. Additionally, she provides staging and design services. She loves people, enjoys a challenge, and gets excited about clients who trust her to think outside the box. In her free time, she works on design and renovation of her family’s home with her husband and daughters. “I appreciate Hoosier Real Estate Group’s commitment to integrity, building relationships, and supporting the community. It is the perfect fit.”
“At Hoosier, we are committed to being a local company with local agents knowledgeable in our local market,” says Joel. “We firmly believe in having a Huntington-first approach, using local resources such as area banks and title companies to conduct our business. We’ve found it to be an advantage to our clients and the community, keeping our money here. Simply put, we are committed to being the best real estate company for Huntington County. Period.”
