Miranda Bolinger Joins Hoosier Real Estate Group

Hoosier Real Estate Group’s newest hire, Miranda Bolinger, is excited to guide others in their home buying experience! 

Miranda is very familiar with helping others finding their forever home. She and her husband have been real estate investors since 2010, through Bolinger Property Management, LLC, managing several properties in Huntington County. “Through leasing our own properties, I have grown to love the process of working with clients to place them in homes or apartments that best fit their needs,” says Miranda. “I look forward to expanding on this with my future clients!”

Miranda is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have 2 children. She was born and raised in Southern Huntington County, and she and her family currently live in Warren. In her free time, she enjoys boating, snow skiing, riding four wheelers, and other outdoor activities. 

Miranda’s background also includes working with a plumbing, heating and propane business owned by her husband’s family. This has given her a good basic knowledge of plumbing, and years of buying and selling real estate as an investment have taught her the basic principles of most construction and mechanical systems of a home. “I often joke about how I know much more about plumbing than I ever wanted to – but honestly that is a huge benefit for me,” comments Miranda. “I also understand how important and sensitive time management can be while working within the housing market!”

Miranda says, “I know how big of a decision it is when you are thinking about moving. I am excited to be able to build connections with clients and help walk them through the process, all the way to end!”
