#TeamHarshman Duo Joins Hoosier Real Estate Group

Hoosier Real Estate Group has hired their first husband/wife team of real estate agents with Chad and Rachael Harshman.

While new to the real estate field, Chad and Rachael Harshman are no strangers to hard work and dedication. Rachael’s past careers include teacher, principal, and instructional coach. Currently Rachael holds the title of Director for the International Center for Leadership in Education (ICLE) where she supports districts in a variety of ways through leadership and instructional coaching. Chad has over 20 years experience working in sales. He also enjoys officiating college football and high school football and basketball.

When asked about expanding their skill-set into real estate, Rachael explains, “My career path has allowed me to develop a strong understanding and appreciation for the business world, as well as ways in which I can support clients through Real Estate experiences.” 

Chad elaborates, “Working in sales has taught me that I truly enjoy helping people and working with them to solve challenges. I look forward to working with my clients to overcome any existing obstacles they are facing in order to help them obtain their dream home.” 

Chad and Rachael have raised their 3 children, Matthew, Drew, and Kate, in the quiet town of Roanoke for the past 15 years. Both Chad and Rachael feel that now is the time in their lives to add “Real Estate Agent” to their repertoire of skills. They are excited to work with the team at Hoosier Real Estate Group as they embark on this new career path together.
